These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ok8job platform, including its website, content, features and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). ok8job is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform designed for users based in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

The Platform provides informational content relating to online casino games, sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 and ICC tournaments — bonuses, payment methods and responsible gambling tools. ok8job does not itself operate a gambling licence in Pakistan and does not claim authorisation, endorsement or approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority.

• "Platform" means the ok8job website accessible at ok8job.cam and all associated pages, features and content.
• "User", "you" or "your" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a User on the Platform.
• "Operator" means the licensed gambling operator to whose services ok8job may refer or link in an informational capacity.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, welcome reward, free bet, free spin, reload offer or loyalty incentive described on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "PKR" or "Rs" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ok8job. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ok8job, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the relevant operator or license jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling information platforms are not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from any gambling operator or regulatory authority.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to financial sanctions under any applicable jurisdiction without prior disclosure.
• You have provided accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and will keep that information current.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee or nominee for a third party.

ok8job reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension pending verification.

To access certain features of the Platform, Users must complete the registration process and create an Account. Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including, but not limited to, full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ok8job will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ok8job immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

ok8job reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to any specific feature, bonus or promotional offer.

ok8job and any associated licensed Operators are required to comply with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. As a condition of continued Account access — and certainly prior to processing any withdrawal — you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement header)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed defined thresholds

All KYC documents must be provided in clear, legible format. ok8job reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict Account activity or close an Account where KYC requirements are not satisfied within a reasonable period. Submission of false, altered or misleading documents constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in accordance with the policies of the relevant licensed Operator. ok8job provides informational guidance on available payment methods as a reference only. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and Operator. Refer to the relevant Operator's cashier page for current limits.
• Currency: Transactions may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where supported by the Operator and payment provider. Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.

ok8job describes bonus offers — including welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bets and loyalty rewards — for informational purposes. The following terms govern bonus participation:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. Requirements typically range from 20x to 45x depending on the Operator and promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published by the Operator.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within a defined period following activation — commonly 7 to 30 days. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is applied to your Account, maximum bet limits apply per spin or wager. Exceeding the permitted maximum bet may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform if you are below the applicable minimum age, or on behalf of a minor.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC or any other process.
• Attempting to circumvent or exploit bonus mechanics, promotional systems or wagering requirements through artificial, systematic or automated means.
• Using software bots, scripts, macros or any automated tool to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, syndicate betting or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or infringing upon a third party's intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or associated systems.
• Using the Platform in a way that disrupts, interferes with or degrades its functionality for other users.
• Reproducing, copying or distributing Platform Content without prior written authorisation from ok8job.

ok8job reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of acceptable use and to take such action as it considers appropriate, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All Content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, guides and software — is the intellectual property of ok8job or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any Content without prior written consent from ok8job.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from Content.
• Use any Content in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation with ok8job without express permission.

The ok8job name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of ok8job. Use of these marks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Platform (including payment provider names such as Easypaisa and JazzCash) remain the property of their respective owners.

ok8job is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing users with the tools and information necessary to manage their gambling activity safely. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a reliable source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

The Platform supports access to the following responsible gambling tools through licensed Operators:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on total deposits to manage spending.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold within a defined period, after which further wagering is paused.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict continuous play duration with automatic logout after a set period.

• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform Content, including but not limited to bonus terms, odds information or payment method descriptions.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of using information obtained from the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any feature thereof.
• Conduct of any third-party operator, payment provider or other external party referenced on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ok8job's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

ok8job reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Provision of false, fraudulent or misleading information.
• Conduct that ok8job reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other users or third parties.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Extended Account inactivity in accordance with the Platform's dormancy policy.

Upon termination, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law clauses — shall remain in effect.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting ok8job support. Active wagering requirements, pending transactions or open responsible gambling restrictions may affect the timeline for Account closure and fund release.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ok8job's operating entity is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For users based in Pakistan, you acknowledge that gambling activities may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related provincial legislation. ok8job does not provide legal advice and does not represent that use of this Platform is permissible under Pakistani law. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

ok8job reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are significant, ok8job may provide additional notice via Account notification or email where contact details are available.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ok8job recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current version.
